I’m Todd Whitehurst and I work here at Brightcast. It is my passion to grow this company by helping other businesses. I want to help them by telling their story through online media and specifically VIDEO. For a business to grow and develop, it must have good leadership and direction. That leadership should have clear vision and be focused on the purpose of the business. My first question to business owners is, “Why do you do what you do?” If they can’t answer that question very quickly and with lots of passion and excitement, then they either need to regroup and get focused or decide if they are in the field that they love; or they need to quit and move on to their real passion in life. This life is too short to spend time doing things you hate.
I want to help the passionate business people. Not to say that I don’t want to help anybody else. I just don’t like fighting through their lack of interest in what they do. Frankly, it’s just not any fun to bang your head against the wall trying to help businesses that are void of desire for what they do.
